Lacking of time management
Setting schedule is the most basic ways of managing
our time.
Discipline is needed before
everything else comes in to have a good time management.
Spending free time wisely is also a key to time management.
Taken the few hours class break time in the library to
catch up with your studies and
finishing your assignments
earlier than others are better rather than going for
a movie with a bunch of friends.
‘finish your work before you play’
Stress efficiently
Guys,
Remember that smoke, drink or taking pills are not
some good ways to manage stress!!
Managing our schedule is also a good way to avoid unnecessary stress.
Always look at things in a positive ways.
Every stressful challenge is a good way to keep us
improving and to be mature.
